Cancellations: All orders canceled after 24 hours or for any orders that are “shipped” (orders picked up at the warehouse or loaded into the truck for the delivery is considered as the shipped order) will be charged a 40% restocking fee, unless previously agreed otherwise. The only exception is if merchandise ordered has been discontinued. If the order has already been shipped, and then canceled, please refer to the return policy (Customer will be responsible for the shipping charges even if your order states “Free Delivery”, we still pay to the shipping companies for those services.) Orders that are being held in our warehouse for delayed delivery at the request of the customer and layaway, cannot be canceled.
All SPECIAL ORDERS (custom orders) will be delivered within 2-3 months of purchase date, unless otherwise stated. Merchandise will remain property of Choice Custom Home & Decor until balance is paid in full. Special orders can be canceled after 24 hours, otherwise your deposit (50%) will be kept as a restocking fee for the item. Special Orders are not returnable, no exceptions. If the Special Order is canceled by the customer during the production or transportation - the customer's deposit of such order will be forfeited. Special Order cannot be canceled because of the delay in the delivery, which has occurred because of the release of your order by the US Customs.
Special Order and Backorder Delays: Delays in production and shipping may occur. If a delay occurs, please do not worry. We will work hard to get your purchase to you, but please keep in mind that we work with high-ticket and large items, which come from all over the world. We will make all efforts to quote accurate lead times and notify all our customers promptly. Please note, that we are not responsible for product delays from the manufacturer. Due to increased security, customs delay may also occur, which is beyond our control. In most cases, delays occur during busy seasons, holidays, production delays, port congestion or other factors not in our control. Choice Custom Home & Decor is not responsible for delays in stock replenishment, orders may not be canceled or be eligible for a refund or rebate based on late merchandise arrival. Once special order is placed with the manufacturer, we are at their mercy and their delivery schedule. We reserve the right to cancel any order before it is shipped. All special order sales are final after delivery has occurred. All standard manufacturer warranties apply.

Damages/Claims: If the customer has any claims other than what was noted on the delivery receipt, it is upon the discretion of Choice Custom Home & Decor store to resolve the matter. If the customer has failed to follow our terms and conditions as per agreement to purchase from Choice Custom Home & Decor Store, we would not be responsible for any damages, shortages or any other claims. If items are damaged, OR SUSPECTED TO BE DAMAGED, it must be documented with delivery agent at the time of delivery. The delivery driver must wait while you inspect. If the driver does not agree to wait, note "TRUCK DRIVER REFUSED TO WAIT" on the bill of delivery and refuse the shipment. It is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim and to contact us to make sure that we received the claim and all needed information. Claims for manufacturing defects must be reported within 3 business days from receipt of the merchandise and must be accompanied by a digital photograph.
Please report all claims to info@choicecustomhome.com. All properly submitted claims will have a resolution after 3-5 business days reviewing time.
Customer MUST inspect the package and/or item(s) if white glove service selected at the time of the delivery, before signing delivery slip!
Please note that the claim may be denied, if “Damaged item(s)” is not noted on driver’s shipping slip.
For damages unnoticed at the time of delivery, we require that you send us explanation & photos via email to info@choicecustomhome.com within 48 hours, so that we can address and correct the situation. We will send out a new product or replacement part at our discretion. If your item arrives damaged and you do not wish to receive a replacement part or new item, you will be responsible for returning the item and a 30% restocking fee will be applied.
Return Policy/Terms. Only unopened and unused merchandise in their original condition and packaging, complete with all materials may be returned within 7 days of delivery. This means that if you have damaged the product, we will not be able to accept your return. Moreover, we cannot accept returns for merchandise that has been already assembled, unless it arrives pre-assembled. Email to info@choicecustomhome.com a written request for a Return Authorization (RA) number, within 3 days of delivery, referencing your order # in the email subject. We will respond within 1-2 business days. Once you are provided with an RA#, you will be responsible for shipping/bringing the item back to its warehouse of origin, unless advised otherwise (and all associated costs). Items which shipped to you small parcel must be returned small parcel. Items which shipped LTL must be returned as such. All returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days from the date the RA# was issued to you. Once your returned item(s) have been received , inspected (returned items will be inspected within 3 days of receiving the merchandise), and deemed to be in original new condition, you will be refunded the full amount reflected on your order minus the original shipping cost. The original shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable. Refunds generally take between 7 to 10 business days to be credited after the merchandise has been inspected.
If any returned item is returned to us with shipping damage, it is the customer's responsibility to file a freight claim and seek reimbursement from the carrier. Damages incurred during return shipping due to insufficient packaging will not be eligible for a refund. Any items returned in new condition without the original packaging will incur up to a 40% restocking fee and a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. If an item(s) is sent back to the warehouse because it does not fit to the door or elevator, it is subject to the return policy, where the customer responsible for the shipping charges. Alternatively, you will have an option to accept the delivery in your closest ground-floor dry area.
For orders made by customer mistake, return policy applies / 30% restocking fee will be applied.
Items marked as “Special Order” or “Clearance” or “Open-Box” or “Floor Model” are not eligible for return / sold as FINAL SALE.
Mattresses are non-refundable and are non-returnable, unless manufacturer or shipping damage detected.
Please Note: Due to differences in monitors, we cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual item and your screen. Please be advised that we display the standard shape and(or) size in some cases; the shapes, sizes, patterns and colors may vary.
Discounts / Promotions / Price Matching. Choice Custom Home & Decor price matches products from any competitor's website. Price match policy cannot be combined with any other discounts. If an item has shipped, we cannot offer any retroactive, price matching or discounts. Choice Custom Home & Decor reserves the right to decline or honor any competitors price match.
Please note by submitting your order & payment you agree to all Choice Custom Home & Decor mentioned terms &policies.
Any disputes, disagreements or arbitration will need to be resolved by the client and Choice Custom Home & Decor.
