We do not require a signature for deliveries for small packages, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person.

Large items, such as sofas, beds, dining tables etc. will be shipped via trucking company (usually on a pallet) with a contracted carrier. Larger items that are in stock will typically ship from our warehouses within 1-5 days. Once shipment arrives to the closest terminal to your location, you will receive a call to schedule a convenient time for delivery. If you wish to change the delivery date once agreed upon, please give us no less than 24-hour notice prior to the scheduled delivery. Keep in mind that products that ship this method are either too large or heavy to ship with a small parcel carrier like FedEx, so you may require assistance of a friend or family member at delivery (please refer to Curbside Delivery Option information below). It is important to notate any packaging damage on the document you sign when accepting the goods!

The delivery team will bring the furniture into your home and put it in the first dry area of the house. This could be a garage, apartment, or foyer. In other words, this option features a skilled delivery team that will bring your items inside. Please inspect items/packaging fully before accepting and signing for your items.  It is important to notate any packaging damage on the document you sign when accepting the goods!

►  Customer must be present to receive the order.

►  Assembly, unpacking not included.

WHITE GLOVE Delivery

Available for selected items at additional cost depending on the item and the destination. This delivery service provides carrying the product up to one flight of stairs (1 flight = 15 stairs) of your residence and installing the products to the room you choose. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). Please inspect items fully before accepting and signing for your items. If refusing the order for return, please notify the delivery team at the time of delivery. It is important to notate any packaging damage on the document you sign when accepting the goods.

Curbside delivery means that the shipper will bring the package to your address. Please inspect items/packaging fully before accepting and signing for your items. It is important to notate any packaging damage on the document you sign when accepting the goods!

The delivery team will bring the furniture into your home and put it in the first dry area of the house. This could be a garage, apartment, or foyer. In other words, this option features a skilled delivery team that will bring your items inside. Please inspect items/packaging fully before accepting and signing for your items.  It is important to notate any packaging damage on the document you sign when accepting the goods!

►  Customer must be present to receive the order.

►  Assembly, unpacking not included.

WHITE GLOVE Delivery

Available for selected items at additional cost depending on the item and the destination. This delivery service provides carrying the product up to one flight of stairs (1 flight = 15 stairs) of your residence and installing the products to the room you choose. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). Please inspect items fully before accepting and signing for your items. If refusing the order for return, please notify the delivery team at the time of delivery. It is important to notate any packaging damage on the document you sign when accepting the goods.

Depending on the size of your ordered items, we will ship your order via FedEx or UPS for small parcel or via a Freight Carrier on a pallet for large/multiple items.

 

SMALL ITEMS

Whenever possible we will ship smaller, lighter items such as chairs, accessories, bar stools etc. via UPS, FEDEX, DHL or USPS. These companies provide the fastest and most reliable method of shipping. Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your item (if they are in stock) will arrive between 3-7 business days after it leaves the warehouse. We do not require a signature for deliveries for small packages, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person.

 

LARGE ITEMS

Large items, such as sofas, beds, dining tables etc. will be shipped via trucking company (usually on a pallet) with a contracted carrier. Larger items that are in stock will typically ship from our warehouses within 1-5 days. Once shipment arrives to the closest terminal to your location, you will receive a call to schedule a convenient time for delivery. If you wish to change the delivery date once agreed upon, please give us no less than 24-hour notice prior to the scheduled delivery. Keep in mind that products that ship this method are either too large or heavy to ship with a small parcel carrier like FedEx, so you may require assistance of a friend or family member at delivery (please refer to Curbside Delivery Option information below). Please be sure to inspect items fully before accepting and signing for your items. It is important to notate any packaging damage on the document you sign when accepting the goods for smooth return process. If you are in an office building or apartment, please consider room of choice or white glove service levels.

 


 

THE SHIPPING TIMES GIVEN ARE ONLY ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL

Your shipment may arrive sooner OR could be affected by various factors beyond our control and experience unexpected delays, such as traffic conditions, weather situations and how long it takes to deliver other merchandise on the truck. Choice Custom Home & Décor assumes no responsibility or liability to damage of the product, personal injury to someone or any other issue that can arise due to handling the product from the curbside to the inside space. If the service requested prior to arranging a delivery time is curbside, the customer may not modify this request to a white glove delivery for any reason. When placing an order, you may choose one of three ways to receive your furniture. Options may be limited by size/weight of furniture and destination (Refer to MAP below).

 

CURBSIDE Delivery

Curbside delivery by definition means the trucking service will park in front of your delivery address and you will need to receive the product outside. All freight is delivered to the curb or end of driveway outside the requested delivery address. Curbside delivery means that the shipper will bring the package to your address. Please inspect items/packaging fully before accepting and signing for your items. It is important to notate any packaging damage on the document you sign when accepting the goods!

INSIDE Delivery

The delivery team will bring the furniture into your home and put it in the first dry area of the house. This could be a garage, apartment, or foyer. In other words, this option features a skilled delivery team that will bring your items inside. Please inspect items/packaging fully before accepting and signing for your items.  It is important to notate any packaging damage on the document you sign when accepting the goods!

WHITE GLOVE Delivery

Available for selected items at additional cost depending on the item and the destination. This delivery service provides carrying the product up to one flight of stairs (1 flight = 15 stairs) of your residence and installing the products to the room you choose. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). Please inspect items fully before accepting and signing for your items. If refusing the order for return, please notify the delivery team at the time of delivery. It is important to notate any packaging damage on the document you sign when accepting the goods.

IMPORTANT

 

Please be sure that the furniture you have ordered will fit into the room intended and that all access routes are large enough for the delivery to safely reach the delivery address.

Customer takes full responsibility to measure their space and make sure that the furniture will fit and will clear all doorways, stairways or elevator.

We don't take any packaging or boxes left after delivery is done (all boxes/cartons/etc. that furniture is packed into), our delivery teams only can help you to organize it, and get it to your garbage. Packaging is a part of your purchase and that is not our responsibility to get rid of it.

Any items which require longer assembly periods, more than 15 stairs, or any other unusual delivery services are available on a case by case basis and may require additional fees.

Any items that are qualified for Free Shipping do not include White Glove Service.
