WHITE GLOVE Delivery

Available for selected items at additional cost depending on the item and the destination. This delivery service provides carrying the product up to one flight of stairs (1 flight = 15 stairs) of your residence and installing the products to the room you choose. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). Please inspect items fully before accepting and signing for your items. Once shipment arrives to the closest terminal to your location, you will receive a call to schedule a convenient time for delivery. If you wish to change the delivery date once agreed upon, please give us no less than 24-hour notice prior to the scheduled delivery. It is important to notate any packaging damage on the document you sign when accepting the goods!

In other words, this option features a skilled delivery team that will bring your items inside. Please inspect items/packaging fully before accepting and signing for your items.  It is important to notate any packaging damage on the document you sign when accepting the goods!

WHITE GLOVE Delivery

Available for selected items at additional cost depending on the item and the destination. This delivery service provides carrying the product up to one flight of stairs (1 flight = 15 stairs) of your residence and installing the products to the room you choose. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). Please inspect items fully before accepting and signing for your items. If refusing the order for return, please notify the delivery team at the time of delivery. It is important to notate any packaging damage on the document you sign when accepting the goods.

In other words, this option features a skilled delivery team that will bring your items inside. Please inspect items/packaging fully before accepting and signing for your items.  It is important to notate any packaging damage on the document you sign when accepting the goods!

WHITE GLOVE Delivery

Available for selected items at additional cost depending on the item and the destination. This delivery service provides carrying the product up to one flight of stairs (1 flight = 15 stairs) of your residence and installing the products to the room you choose. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). Please inspect items fully before accepting and signing for your items. If refusing the order for return, please notify the delivery team at the time of delivery. It is important to notate any packaging damage on the document you sign when accepting the goods.

WHITE GLOVE Delivery

Available for selected items at additional cost depending on the item and the destination. This delivery service provides carrying the product up to one flight of stairs (1 flight = 15 stairs) of your residence and installing the products to the room you choose. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). Please inspect items fully before accepting and signing for your items. If refusing the order for return, please notify the delivery team at the time of delivery. It is important to notate any packaging damage on the document you sign when accepting the goods.

If you wish to change the delivery date once agreed upon, please give us no less than 24-hour notice prior to the scheduled delivery. Keep in mind that products that ship this method are either too large or heavy to ship with a small parcel carrier like FedEx, so you may require assistance of a friend or family member at delivery (please refer to Curbside Delivery Option information below).
